Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains how cancellations work at Multy Mall.
1. Canceling an Order Before Dispatch
You may request a cancellation before your order leaves our warehouse.

Please include your order number so we can locate your purchase quickly.
If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Requests sent through social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) are not accepted.
2. Canceling After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you still wish to stop the order, please accept the delivery and raise a return request under our Return & Refund Policy.
3. COD Order Cancellations

COD orders may require confirmation through phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically.

Multiple cancellations may result in the COD option being removed for future purchases.
4. Refunds for Prepaid Cancellations
If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be sent to your original payment method.
Banks typically take 3–7 business days to complete the credit.
5. Cancellations by Multy Mall
We may cancel an order in the following cases:

Product is sold out

Address is incomplete or invalid

Payment gateway marks the order as high-risk or suspicious
If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund (for prepaid orders).
